With the proper approvals and participation of our borough's we have decided to "soft bill" our transports. What does this mean? On this past Friday evening, Beachwood EMS, Beachwood FD, Island Heights FD, & Toms River Fire Co. No. 2 had a water rescue drill on the Toms River. We went over each others equipment, how to board onto boats to take patients off and their operations for fire suppression. GREAT WORK DONE by all agencies
